They're sustainably made in the USA and we strive to create beautiful and unusual colors to stop you in your tracks. Since we sell online, we're able to pass significant savings on to our customers. Limited Editions
Often times, we turn to our friends to help us design limited edition palettes and lipstick colors. We get a lot of requests to re-create these but, unfortunately, when they are gone they're gone! Make sure to scoop a limited color or design while it's hot because it won't be back again. This allows us to keep creating and stay at the forefront of fashion trends. New palettes launch frequently so make sure to sign up for our email alerts so you won't miss out.
Shipping
Time is Money Honey! All products ordered before 2pm are shipped the same day and will arrive very quickly. Lucky Manhattan poodles may request same day delivery for a $10 fee. Some companies want you to wait a week! Ain't nobody got time for that.
Returns
Winky Lux offers a 30 day return policy on all products. Don't forget to email sales@winkylux.com for a return authorization before mailing products back. Products received without a return authorization can't be processed.
Where We are Located
Our office is in the bustling Lower East Side of Manhattan and we are part of the Glow Concept group of brands. Our sister brands are pretty amazing too and we love sharing our office with them. Yes, our offices are pink.
